Everyone starts somewhere. It really doesn’t matter where you are in creating your healthy lifestyle, my one on one coaching packages are the number one way my clients succeed in starting their wellness journey for the LAST time!
My wellness philosophy and coaching style is pretty simple. I believe we are all perfectly imperfect, unique, complete and whole; exactly as we are.
There is no one size fits all way of doing health and wellness. Your wellness needs are just as unique as your finger print. That being said, I think one of the most overlooked steps in building healthy SUSTAINABLE lifestyle, is figuring out the psychology behind your past behaviors, and healing emotional wounds, and changing failed patterns.
You will not get cookie cutter meal plans, a restrictive diet, or rigorous exercise programs here.
My approach instead is to teach you to reconnect with your body and your mind and integrate your life to support that connection and make you the best version of your self you can be!
